1- In order to hide the login panel you need to navigate to Appearance > Widgets > Header Top Bar Right Column > and delete the Elated Login Plugin. (see image below)
2- In order to edit the top bar content you need to navigate to Appearance > Widgets > and edit widgets form the Header Top Bar Left Column and Header Top Bar Right Column widget areas. (see image below)

I want to hide the login panel and Where can I edit the top bar content?

1. Where is the login panel? I can't find it.
2. There is no top bar too.
