In order to change the behavior of the product single thumbnail images you need to navigate to Onea Options > WooCommerce > Single Product > Set Images Behavior and select the Photo Swipe Lightbox option. (see image below)

I am almost certain that my English is frankly bad, but I think you don't read very well either. Whenever I open a ticket I have to write twice. Asked them... Is there a solution for the images on the left to open where the photo of the shoes is and not in lightbox?
and images on the left hand side can be displayed or opened only if the shoes images is there. So there is no other option according to the shop settings.

All these images are related to one product
and images on the left hand side can be displayed or opened only if the shoes images is there. So there is no other option according to the shop settings.
