    I've sent some tickets 2 days ago... without response.

    Like previous tickets, response time is very long whereas we have paid a complement support price.

    We dont understand your BIG MESSAGE 9am to 5pm for a commercial product on 24/24 7/7 website tools!

    Please give us quickly responses. Thanks
