I have made sure my custom menu is assigned to every location possible on the theme through the Manage Locations tab. I made sure the font color is different than the background color, yet the menu does not show up on any of my pages. If I change the color of my header, I do see that change on my pages. I am confused at what I am doing wrong.
And if you happen to look at my webpage, how do I get rid of the top part that says Contact Form Home-Contact Form? Thank you.

1- First you will need to address the issue of the image overlapping the menu. This happens because you have uploaded an image that is very large. (see image below)
You could ether upload a much smaller image like on our demo site:
Or you could copy the following code into Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS or Elated Options > General > Custom CSS:
.eltdf-header-vertical .eltdf-logo-wrapper a {
max-height: 10vh !important;
}
Second, you need to change the color of the menu. You can do this by navigating to Sahel Options > Header > Header Skin > and set this to dark. (see image below)
You also need to navigate to the page in question, edit it, scroll to Elated Header and make sure the option for Header Skin is set to ether default or dark. (see image below)
2- In order to make the title area disappear please navigate to and edit the page in question scroll to Elated Title and set the Show Title Area option to No. (see image below)
