    Hello,

    I've set up the side area on the homepage which looks great but, for some reason, the same hamburger icon triggers a fullscreen slide out that I can't figure out how to change. Ideally, I'd like this to be the same info on all pages. Can you please tell me how to do this?

    Thanks for your help!

    Hello there,

    In order to set all the header widget areas to the same widget please navigate to Appearance > Widgets > Header Widget Area Two and make sure it contains the widget you'd like shown. (see image below)

    3309283608.png

    Then if any page has a different one navigate to and edit it then scroll down to Elated Header > Widget Areas > Choose Custom Header Widget Area One and make sure this is ether set to default or the widget area you have edited previously. (see image below)

    Hope this helps! If not please provide us with your wp-admin details(in a private ticket) so we can log in and investigate this further.

    If there is anything else that we can help you with please don't hesitate to ask.

    Kind regards,

    Thanks. I tried adding all the same widgets that are appearing on the homepage widget area but now the hamburger menu doesn't appear at all on any of the innerpages. Is there some setting I'm missing? I tried selecting it in the header widget area on individual pages and that had no effect. Please advise. Thanks for your help!

    My apologies for the misunderstanding!

    1- The widget area that needs editing is the Header Widget Area One, as this is the one selected for your Home page header.

    1974157912.png

    As you can see in the image above the custom widget area selected for the header is Header Widget White Background. In order to replicate this on all pages, please navigate to and edit the pages that do not use this custom widget and set the Choose Custom Header Widget Area One option to Header Widget White Background.

    Or you could navigate to Appearance > Widgets > Header Widget Area One and set the same widget here as in the Header Widget White Background custom widget area. (see image below)

    9202322077.png

    2- In order to set the titles to be visible please copy the following code into Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS or Elated Options > General > Custom CSS

    .eltdf-pl-standard-pagination ul li.eltdf-pag-next a,
    .eltdf-portfolio-list-holder.eltdf-pl-gallery-overlay article .eltdf-pli-text-holder {
        opacity: 1 !important;
    }

    In order to have the titles show with the tinted background in the height of the title please add the following code as well:

    .eltdf-portfolio-list-holder.eltdf-pl-gallery-overlay .eltdf-pli-text-holder {
        height: auto !important;
        top: 50% !important;
        transform: translateY(-50%) !important;
    }

    If you'd simply like the title's background to be transparent use the following code:

    .eltdf-portfolio-list-holder.eltdf-pl-gallery-overlay .eltdf-pli-text-holder {
        background-color: transparent !important;
    }

    Hope this helps! If there is anything else that we can assist you with please don't hesitate to ask.

    Kind regards,
    Sean

    Hi Sean,

    Thanks so much - that all works great! I am curious how the Header Widget White Background is showing all those items even though only the Sahel Side Area Opener is the only widget in that space?

    Also, we had connected our Instagram and it was displaying but now shows as disconnected and when I press the "Reconnect with Instagram" in the theme settings, nothing happens. Is there a way to reset? Please advise.

    The site is looking beautiful...I really appreciate all your help!

    Hello again,

    If you think of this аrea (show on the screenshot): you can change settings in appearance > widgets > side area

    Regarding the Instagram issues, please navigate to:
    your-website.com/wp-admin/options.php page

    Then find all the _instagram_ fields and delete them:

    If you want to change the Instagram account, navigate to:
    www.instagram.com and make sure you are logged out.

    Then navigate to Theme Options > Social Networks > Connect with Instagram.

    - Also note that some web servers don't allow editing the database through options.php, so you might need to access database directly.

    I hope it helps!

    Kind regards,
    Milica

    Hi Angela,

    1- If you're referring to the different widgets opening, that was due to different widget areas being used within the different pages. One of them opened the side area and the other has the full screen widget opener.

    2- Regarding the Instagram issues, please navigate to:

    your-website.com/wp-admin/options.php page

    Then find all the _instagram_ fields and delete them:

    If you want to change the Instagram account, navigate to:
    www.instagram.com and make sure you are logged out.

    Then navigate to Theme Options > Social Networks > Connect with Instagram.

    - Also note that some web servers don't allow editing the database through options.php, so you might need to access database directly.

    Once this is done if it does not work check to see if you have been logged in to your Instagram account. If so do not log out this time and simply go back to Theme Options > Social Networks > Connect with Instagram and press the button once again this should connect the two and provide the following message:

    Hope this helps! If there is anything else that we can help you with please don't hesitate to ask.

    Kind regards,
