Please try to deactivate all of your plugins to make sure they are not causing this issue. If the issue goes away, then you can enable them one by one to find out which one is causing the issue.
If you still have issues after you have deactivated all of your plugins, please provide a temporary admin login and URL to your site and I’ll take a closer look.
The issue most likely is caused by the Facebook Customer Chat plugin. Please make sure to deactivate it first.

I uploaded the latest version of the theme, de-activated all plugins, and I still have the same issue on PC users only (using Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer)
I never encountered this type of problem before, can you please investigate?
The issue was with the WP Notification Bars plugin.
I have disabled it now and the website works properly. Please find an alternative to the above mentioned plugin since it seems that it is not compatible with the theme.
