I noticed that you've made some changes in the meantime, however, there is still some gap caused by default WPBakery top padding for inner columns:
So if you want to remove/reduce this as well, you should locate inner column containing this portfolio list and in Inne Column Settings' Design Options tab, set top padding to 0px:

How can i remove this gape between images and heading
