    Hello there,

First please try to reconnect with your instagram account. To do so make sure to navigate to:

    your-website.com/wp-admin/options.php page

Then find all the _instagram_ fields and delete them:

If you want to change the Instagram account, navigate to:
www.instagram.com and make sure you are logged out.

Then navigate to Theme Options > Social Networks > Connect with Instagram.

    - Also note that some web servers don't allow editing the database through options.php, so you might need to access database directly.

Once this is done if it does not work check to see if you have been logged in to your Instagram account. If so do not log out this time and simply go back to Theme Options > Social Networks > Connect with Instagram and press the button once again this should connect the two and provide the following message:

Second, when you add the Instagram Widget in Appearance > Widgets, you should leave all the fields blank in order to test it's functionality:

If it works, you're alright and there's no need to add anything to the Widget fields. Otherwise it may break. You can, of course, change the column number and the size of the preview images, but that's it.

Also note that if you use "Small" image size, you will get squared images 1:1 and if you use medium, they will be displayed in original size, as they're shown on Instagram.

However, if this does not work, you can try using the following plugin for this functionality: https://wordpress.org/plugins/instagram-feed/

Here is the documentation for the plugin: https://smashballoon.com/instagram-feed/docs/

Hope this helps! If there is anything else that we can assist you with please don't hesitate to ask.

    Kind regards,
    Sean
