In the getting started HTML doc included in the down load package, under 1. getting started, last section before Import Demo Content. It states: "Important Note' then says to install 'Elated Post Types'. I can not find this plug in listed anywhere other than the getting started doc.
It did not install with the other suggested plug ins, and is not in the plug in store. Where do i find this plug in to install?

When the theme is installed and actived it will be displayed in on top of the page nortification which plugins are recommended to install. It looks something like that (see screenshot below):
After that, in section "Plugins" you should install Elated Core and afterwards Woocommerce, Contact Form etc. by clicking the buttom "Activate".

Yes. thank you for the clarification. I follow the instructions, downloaded and activated all plug ins that came with the plug in. The Elated Core plug in was not included. I have attached a pictures of my plug in list. These are what was installed by either my web host or your theme. From my experience this week, the documation does not line up 100% with what is included in the theme install.
In the screenshot i sent you there is name of plugin called Elated Core but that name can be different in some themes. Therefore, in your case Elated CPT is name of your plugin that you should install. This is an older theme and that is reason why it's called different.
