    hello, great theme.


    i just installed with full demo import,
    upon looking around, i noticed the dropdowns did not have the same visuals as your demo. please adise how to fix. thanks

    Hello there,

    Welcome to your support management and thank you for choosing our theme!

    The issue is most likely that the Google Map API key is not setup correctly.

    Google's map services are no longer free. However they do offer monthly credit of $200 for certain services including google maps. You can read more about that here:
    https://cloud.google.com/maps-platform/pricing/sheet/

    Also, please make sure you follow this guide in creating the API Key:
    https://www.wpgmaps.com/documentation/creating-a-google-maps-api-key/

    If you're having trouble setting this up some customers have had success with using the following plugin:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/api-key-for-google-maps/
