    Hello,

Welcome to your support management and thank you for choosing our theme!

We are here to answer any questions you may have.

All features of the theme and its functionalities are publicly available on our demo site:

    https://esmarts.elated-themes.com/

This way potential customers can get a clear idea of what the theme offers.

Disabling WooCommerce for this theme isn't possible if you want to sell courses, since they can only be bought over WooCommerce. However, your users don't automatically enroll in a course by just registering, they simply make a user account through registration.

To enroll into each course they need to apply for that specific course via WooCommerce too.

Here you can find the documentation for the theme which might help with some of your other questions:

    https://esmarts.elated-themes.com/documentation/

    We hope this helps.

Let us know if there's anything else.

    Best regards,

    John

    Hi there,

You could disallow buying without registration if you go to WooCommerce -> Accounts & Privacy and untick Guest Checkout option:

    7067066464.png

However, you can't disable buying a course in order to view it, even if it is a free. Any student/customer would have to go through checkout process in order to enroll a course. It is how this functionality works and it is not customizable. You can customize content, style, choose what options you want to use, or sometimes between variations of some features, but some core functionalities as this one are not customizable.

If there is something in particular you'd like to customize, feel free to write in, and we'll provide a help as soon as possible.

Regarding the redirection issue, it's not something I was able to reproduce locally. If you provide URL to your site, and perhaps your wp-admin credentials (in private reply) we'll investigate this closer.

    Best regards!

    Joey

    Hi there,

The plugins that you got after the purchase are called bundled and we, as a theme authors, have purchased an extended licence for them. That means you don't have to activate them and they'll work for you regardless of that.

In the following text we'll explain how the bundled plugins work:

Bundled plugins offer the same core features and functionality as the standalone version of the item on CodeCanyon.

Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered.

When a plugin is updated, the theme author will include the latest version of the bundled plugin with their next theme update. So you can easily update the bundled plugin when you next update your theme.

You can read more about this here:
    https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins

Hope this helps! If there is anything else that we can assist you with please don't hesitate to ask.

    Kind regards,
    Sean
