    Hello! I would like to insert the rich snippet star rating in my web. As you can see, now I got the default stars rating included in the Find me Elated theme,
    but this star rating doesn't show on Google.

    If is not possible to make these stars show on google through structured data,I would like to know how to eliminate them. Thank you so much.

    Hi,

    Welcome and thanks for choosing FindMe!

    In order for the stars to appear on Google, you would need to install Yoast SEO plugin.

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-seo/

    Please let me know how it went and if you need anything else.

    Best regards,

    Sasha S

    Hello, it's me again. Thank you for your answer.
    I already had Yoast SEO installed. The page is indexed in Google, do I need to activate any specific element at the Yoast Seo Plugin?

    If I use the Google tool for structured data, it recognizes the KK star rating plugin, as you can see in the attached image. But it does not recognize me the stars of the  Elated theme.  Now my question is: how can I eliminate these stars?

    Thank you!!

    Hi there,

    It seems there were minor misunderstanding regarding Yoast SEO. We thought you were referring to Google search instead of Google tool for structured data. You can disregard this suggestion.

    Anyway if you'd like to eliminate our theme's ratings, you could hide those if you add following CSS into Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS:

    .eltd-average-rating, .eltd-review-rating, .eltd-listing-rating-stars-holder, .eltd-comment-form-rating {
        display: none !important;
    }

    Let us know if this works for you.

    Best regards!

    Joey

    Hello again,

    ¿how can I add the "keyword section" at the eltd main search listing page? I need to insert a search button in this section, so that it is displayed once the search has been done by the users. Thank you!!! I attached the image of how it looks on my website

    Hello there,

    In order to add keyword section, please put the following code into Appearance » Customize » Additional CSS

    .eltd-listing-archive-filter-holder .eltd-ls-archive-filter-item.eltd-results-holder .eltd-archive-section.right{
        display: table-cell !important;
    }

    This is the result:

    Hi,

    Thanks for updating us.

    Try this CSS:

    body.post-type-archive-job_listing button.eltd-archive-submit-button {
        display: block !important;
        float: right;
    }
    body.post-type-archive-job_listing div.eltd-ls-archive-filter-item:nth-child(2) {
        display: block !important;
    }

    That should give you this result:

    4559188164.png

    If you want the rest of the search options to be visible replace the code from above with the following:

    .eltd-listing-archive-filter-holder .eltd-ls-archive-filter-item.eltd-results-holder .eltd-archive-section.right,
    body.post-type-archive-job_listing div.eltd-ls-archive-filter-item:nth-child(2),
    body.post-type-archive-job_listing button.eltd-archive-submit-button,
    .eltd-listing-archive-filter-holder .eltd-ls-archive-filter-item:nth-child(4n),
    body > div.eltd-wrapper > div.eltd-wrapper-inner > div > div > div > div > div > div.eltd-ls-archive-items-wrapper > div.eltd-listing-archive-filter-holder.clearfix > div:nth-child(3), body.single-job_listing .owl-dots {
        display: block !important;
    }

    Try this out and let us know if it works for you.

    Best regards,

    John

    Hi again,

    Thank you so much, I tried the first CSS and looks fine, I don’t need all the search options but thanks for the proposal.

    However, the new search bar doesn’t work correctly because it doesn’t show results, as you can see. I need all search boxes to work the same, or move the lens icon and the search bar from the navbar to the new position, under the number of results.

    Can i move the search bar or create one new like the others? Do you have idea of what is happening?

    Have a good day!

    Hello there,

    I have noticed that you don't have latest version of theme:

    5311496613.png

    Please update your theme to latest version and try to filter after that again.

    In order to update theme successfully, please follow next steps:

    1. Delete Elated Core plugin

    2. Deactivate all another theme plugin

    3. Update theme

    • First you need to use an FTP client ( like FileZila )
    • Download latest All files & documentation file from ThemeForest (your Downloads page)
    • Extract it and locate findme.zip
    • Extract findme.zip and locate the findme folder
    • Copy/Replace the content of theme folder to /wp-content/themes/findme folder of your web site.

    4. Install Elated Core plugin

    5. Activate all another theme plugin

    If there’s anything else we can help you with, please let us know.

    Best Regards,
