*** In the case you don't know the difference between global (Theme_name) and Page options ***
Page Options are found on each page, and if them, they will override Global Options.
They are found when you go to Dashboard > Pages > find and Edit single page and scroll towards the bottom.
So if you want all pages to use same options, you want to set the Page Options to "Default" value, only then it will use whatever you have set in Global Options.

Try using this custom css to remove the space. Include it in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and review.

If this doesn't work on your end, you can disable the title in Theme_name Options > Title (https://www.screencast.com/t/sOx6zOgwkpje) or within Page options (https://www.screencast.com/t/wXMJmRkKNr4r).
