I have installed the theme, the required plugins, and wp job manager (which was NOT included in the install package) and wp region, however when i press "add new listing" nothing happens beyond a page refresh.

This issue may occur if in FindAll Options -> Listing Pricing Package Necessity is enabled, but Pricing Package Page was not set. So you can either disable this option, or if its enabled, you should set this page to point to Pricing Package page. If you do so, `Add New Listing` button will redirect you to buy a package if you don't have one, and only when you do have a package bought, you would be able to add new listings. If you disable this Pricing Package Necessity option, `Add New Listing` will take you straight to the form for creating new Listing.
Also, I'm not sure why you've installed WP Job Manager or WP Region since none of these plugins are listed as compatible with our theme nor they are needed for any of our theme's functionalities.

Thank you for the response. That did the trick. The issue I am encountering now is, all permissions are correct, and all required (*) information has been entered into the listing, however, the listing will not 'create' when i press "create listing. The page literally does nothing. No error message or anything.
The listing button changes to "creating listing" but it never creates..
I tried to test this on your site, but it seems like Pricing Package Necessity is enabled, so I had to buy a pricing package before trying to add listing. However, when I tried to do so I got the following message:
Now while I'm logged in with as user you provded credentials for, this message is all I can see in the frontend. Unfortunately, since I don't have administrator privileges as this user, I was unable to determine why does this occur.
Could you please either disable Pricing Package Necessity option, or add Administator role to this user so that we can invesigate this further?

Did you maybe changed something meanwhile?
Also, I can suggest you to disable Jetpack plugin because it might have conflict with some our scripts and also causing this error in console:
