Now, the website run correctly on Windows and Android both on Opera, Firefox and Chrome.

But, some strange effects on Windows/Safari tandem where submenu doesnt display, double logo display, Slider not display, and some other pb...

And on MacOs both Safari, Firefox, Opera, Chrome "Select" drop down doesnt display vertical bar and can't access some categories on 'Boutique/Catalgue' page.

This is due to CSS compatibility ? Other problem ?

Many women customers of this site have IPhone !!!

Many thanks to give us response, we have a advertisment in 15 days to finish this website.

    Thanks, Patrick

    Hello,

Windows/Safari is out of suport https://www.screencast.com/t/Uq0LdVCxItxJ

    https://support.apple.com/en-bh/HT204416

So it is because of that, not theme related problem.

For  vertical links we think you set it to be wide menu, and that's why they are horizontal.

https://www.screencast.com/t/4vZXCgFonOVX Set it to empty and it will be vertical.

Let us know if there is anything else.

    Best Regards.

    Nicolas

OK for Safari on Windows... I've just install Safari on Windows to see the problem encounter by my daughter on his Mac...

But problem persists on Safari on Mac...
    =================================

If you have access a latest MacOs machine (iMac, MacBook, IPhone,...), the dropdown box on categories do not display lift to show overflow rows. I have added a specific CSS to force Y Overflow for every browser (including Safari), but lift is already hidden or broken or ...???

We dont have access more than 6 categories and we have 12 and in future more than 40!

Laetitia can send you a screen copy of Mac/Safari this morning

Please find a Windows/Chrome screen copy...

With these two screen copies you can see the difference and bug

The problem concern only Y overflow lift when items # overflow the height of dropdown.

The problem would be solved with last SELECT2 CSS/JS.

I try it without Satiné. Thats OK. The problem is your SELECT2 is integrated inside your CSS/JS code and not in separate code. Could you upgrade urgently Satiné theme to run also on Apple environment. You can also built your next version with separate source code with links. By this way, upgrade would be more easy ?

PS Laetitia... : Send to Elated your screen copy on shop page or share screen on realtime support.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thank you for writing in.

When I inspect your page on Safari for Mac I found this console error:

    https://www.screencast.com/t/x2a0dlS6y1mV

More information's about the error you can find here:

    https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages

Maybe this error causing that js files don't load like it should and that can produce the issue.

Also, I can suggest you to try to disable 3rd party plugins (means the plugins that are not included in the theme package are not in the list of required plugins), clear cache and then check.

Let us know how it went.

    Best,

    Jim

I know that about GMAP.... But my question is not related to GMAP but bug resulting you dont use last release of SELECT2 inside SATINE theme.

I've sent the link about this problem and you dont have a response as we want such as update SELECT2 (JS and CSS) incorporated in JS/CSS SATINE theme to get compatibility with MacOS/Safari !

    See shop.laetitiatoledano.com/shop

And select one of 'CATEGORIES' on the left side dropdown... Functional on Windows and Android both with Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Edge, IE... But not on MacOS/Safari where dropdown liftbar doent appear.

Each time we sent a pb shoot outside the pb to get time ! It's not a real support for what we pay you.

    Solve the pb quickly!

    Hi there,

I've tested your site on iPhone 7 and categories widget dropdown on your shop page worked fine as you can see in the video capture I've attached for you.

Also note that this widget is a part of WooCommerce plugin which is using 4.0.3 version of Select2 script.

Since WooCommerce is a 3rd party plugin, regretfully, we have limited support for it that only covers its compatibility issues with our themes.

So any issues related to the certain WooCommerce features, would be getting outside the support loop we can offer.

You may refer to WooCommerce online documentation: https://docs.woocommerce.com/documentation/plugins/woocommerce/

Let us know if we can help you with something else.

    Best regards!

    Joey

I've tried on different Apple machine and MacOs version...

Results are not stable due to Apple not max compliant (depends of machine type and OS/Safari revision) to last CSS/HTML standards.

Thats true the pb is general to WP/WC bundle. I've believed than a theme can overide some lacks of main WP/WC concerning some autoprefixing CSS and some JS code to bypass lacks on Mac/Safari...

Do you have another theme to buy and fully compliant for all couples of OS/browsers MacOS, Windows, ChromeOS, Android with Firefox, Chrome, Opera, IE, Edge,... a matrix of a minimum 20 couples (not included versions would be more than 100 couples since 2017) fully tested on WooCommerce ?

    Thanks
