Since the logo has changed in other pages, but not on this one, it's highly possible that this Logo image has been set in this particular page's settings so it's overriding Logo from your theme options:

I did upload my logos in Elated Options, Logo.
But in Beauty homepage the logo don't change.
The image it's located in https://kendall.elated-themes.com
