We are getting intermittent errors on our site and this is the error message displayed instead of our website. It also shows when trying to get to the wp-admin:
the site is experiencing technical difficulties
It seems to resolve itself. We have contacted our webhost about the issues and they say its a conflict with a plugin or an issue with the theme.
The first time it happened (last week), it was directly after a password was changed. The second it happened was when a customer was trying to place an order.
Could you please help us to try and understand what is going on. We recently changed to your theme and have not experienced this issue before the change.
I'm experiencing the same thing. It says the Elated CPT failed to load properly, and is the cause of the error. Can't try to figure out how to fix this, so i'm waiting on my host provider to help out. Hopefully we get some answers.
We would need to take a closer look at the website in order to figure out what is causing this issue.
But, before we do that, you'll need to try disabling all 3rd party plugins and leave only the ones that came with the theme. Since you've mentioned that you changed theme, it's possible that you are using some 3rd party plugins which are not compatible with our theme. If deactivating 3rd party plugins solves the issue, you should start activating those one by one until you find out which was causing it in the first place.
Also, if you've done any code modifications, make sure to revert those. And remove any Custom JS from Theme Options > General > Custom JS field.
Finally, check if there is a newer version of the theme on ThemeForest and update to the latest one.
If you've tried all that, and the issue is still present, please provide wp-admin credentials in private reply and we will take a closer look.

Since Frappe theme doesn't have Elated CPT plugin, reasons for this error are most likely different in your case. This error was generally introduced in WordPress 5.2.2 so that when your site face fatal error it doesn't breaks, it display this message, and should send you instructions to administrator's email for reverting your site to the state before this issue was caused.
Anyway, I'd recommend that you open new privat ticket where you would provide your login details and further explanation when exactly does this occur and we will investigate it further.

Thanks for getting back to me Joey, do you have a list of what plugins belong to your theme? I know what ones I've installed to add to the functionality of the site, but I do not know what are your theme specific plugins. Many thanks
Plugins that you have with this theme are: Slider Revolution, Elated CPT,WPBakery Page Builder . Also you have free plugins like WooCommerce , Contact Form etc. and they are compatible with these which you have with the theme.
