How can i start revolution slider from top of the screen on other than landing page , as you can see there is little space between slider and top in attachement
In order to achieve that content (including rev slider) starts from the top of the page, you need to make sure that in your page settings following options are set like this:
1) Elated General -> Always put content behind header is set to Yes:
2) Elated General -> Content Styles -> Content Padding is set to 0:

3) Elated Title -> Show Title Area is set to No:
