You could try editing the following files to get the desired results:
wp-content/plugins/eltd-hotel/post-types/hotel-room/helper-functions.php in order to set the email to also include what the customer has written into the email text field of the form and
wp-content/plugins/eltd-hotel/post-types/hotel-room/templates/single/parts/reservation.php in order for the text form to be editable.

We don't understand why a new user needs to be logged in to check the available dates? This is so strange.
Please how can we change this, so the user can check and send a booking request without the need of loggin in first with his e-mail address ?
