1- You can change the color of the button by using the following code and pasting it into Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS or Elated Options > General > Custom CSS:

2- The link of the button however is dynamically generated by WooCommerce and without custom coding it cannot be changed. We are not in a position to accept any custom work, because we primarily need to focus on providing Theme Support to all customers. We hope you understand.
