I have been waiting for the support to answer this ticket for the whole day now - previously, due to slow support, my site has not been working properly for a full week now. Please address this issue asap. I have followed the instructions of both your agents and the instructional video and have updated the theme and all the plugins, but the theme is still broken and the site is not functioning properly. None of the links in the horizontal navigation menu are working and none of the blog links are working neither; most of the links in the layer slider are not working; in portfolio items, the category bar is not working and the page repeats the background image many times over. I was told the issue will be resolved once the theme is updated, but this is not the case.
