I integrate a blog list in several of my pages, and in the overview I have a text of substitution in Latin that I can not remove. I searched in the categories, in the options, in the blog but I can't find where to modify this text.

Those are the excerpts. Go to some post, click on screen options (top right)
then select excerpt
scroll down a bit and you will find it for each post
