I've took a look at your site, but I was unable to replicate the issue. I've tested this on multiple screen resolutions in multiple browsers, but it worked the same. It worked wherever I clicked in this highlighted area on the screenshot below:
Same goes for sticky menu:
Perhaps you've managed to solve this in the meantime? If that's not the case, please provide more information on this issue, like your scren resolution, browser or OS. You could also attach some screenshot of the issue.

when you click on the 2nd menu option ( our services ) your mouse pointer needs to be at the very end of the word services,
its a problem no mater what page i put in that 2nd menu position .
