These pages are not ordinary pages that you can edit and customize, but an archive-type pages.
Archive-type pages, sometimes called taxonomies, are rendered dynamically according to your content. So if you have 10 items in your category, each and every one of them will be displayed. If you have no items in that category, it won't display anything.
All of this means that archive pages are WordPress' default way of grouping posts and custom post types to some sort of tags or categories. Also, this means that these pages sometimes aren't affected by the Theme Options configuration and you have to style it's content manually. When we say manually, we mean via Custom CSS.
It's important to understand that PHP template for these pages is written in core theme files and can't be changed by default.

I don't really need to change the items order in theme settings, it would be fine if you send me a snippet to add in my child-theme functions.php, in order to overwrite the original PHP.
We are not in a position to accept any custom work, because we primarily need to focus on providing Theme Support to all customers. We hope you understand.

Hi,
I'd like to change the items order of the category archive, such as https://brynn.elated-themes.com/portfolio-category/creativity/.
I see that there's no option in Brynn settings to choose the "order by", as in the Portfolio list module.
I need this archive to order the items by "order menu", not by date or ID.

wp-content/plugins/brynn-core/post-types/portfolio/shortcodes/portfolio-list/templates/portfolio-holder.php
wp-content/plugins/brynn-core/lib/helpers-functions.php
