1. Please note that you can enable/ disable Date or Categories in Theme Options > Portfolio >
Regarding the social media icons within the single portfolio page, please note that you can enable / disable social sharing for portfolio items in Theme Options > Social Networks >
2. The native design options do not provide such a feature. But you can try to use some other predefined Portfolio Type for that portfolio item, or you can try to create your own layout by using WP Bakery Page Builder. For that you need to enable WP Bakery for portfolio items in WP Bakery PB > Settings > Role Manager > Post types > Custom > check the box > portfolio items.
Then go to alter some desired portfolio item or create a new one and then set Portfolio Type to Custom
and then create desired layout by using WP Bakery shortcodes.

Hello! I cannot figure out how to link my Portfolio page to my homepage please see attached photograph. Thank you so much for all your help! It's the only thing I want on my menu
