In order to add video without link, you can add "Text" element and into element settings you can upload your video if you click on "Add Media" button, like on screenshot:

But we added the video into the homepage and as you can see from the attachment, the video is not playable into the mobile version. we are talking about the home page split screen,
Please play the video in the attachments and explain us the reason why.
Not all devices can playback HTML5 video properly. For it to work on most devices it's necessary to have all three (webm, mp4, ogv) video formats (fallback) as sources, since some browsers (PCs/laptops) can only play certain type of video.
To be sure that the video will play on all devices it's best to upload it on Youtube or Vimeo and embed it with <iframe>.
