You can add this line at the end of the file, after the # END WordPress line:

Hi,
It was necessary to activate again Elated CPT plugin so shortcodes could display ( https://www.screencast.com/t/TPAfOuhbE ). We activated it and the WP Bakery Page Builder should be working on your pages now ( https://www.screencast.com/t/A4TLrqos ).
Please activate other plugins that came in bundled with the theme so all features could work properly.
