    Hello there,

Welcome to your support management and thank you for choosing our theme!

if you want to add video instead of featured image, such an option, unfortunately, does not exist within the theme.

Achieving this would require some custom coding, but we are not in a position to accept any custom work, because we primarily need to focus on providing Theme Support to all customers.

You can read more about it items not included in support here:
    http://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy#whats-not-included-item-support.

In case you are not familiar with programming, you could look for someone who you can hire for this kind of job at the following link: - http://studio.envato.com

    Thanks for understanding.

If there’s anything else we can help you with, please let us know.

    Best Regards,
    Milos

    Hi Fernando,

    Regarding your issues:

    1) Those are just images placed in rows, with the proper collum design and placement, as seen on this screenshot.

    https://www.screencast.com/t/bDFWh1FCZD

See the 2nd reply on how to edit your portfolio using WP Bakery plugin.

    2) You can enable WP Bakery on all custom post types, and then edit them as if they were pages.

    Here's how:

    https://www.screencast.com/t/lefxWqfh7pk .

    3) Unfortunately, portfolio categories (if this is what you had in mind), have very little options for editing.

    https://www.screencast.com/t/t6zOEkg8fx3v

    https://www.screencast.com/t/AAP9PyKmb4

This means that most of the editing is done by changing our global (Monolab) Options.

    Please try to edit them.

Also, have in mind how our global (Monolab) vs Page options work.

    Here's an article about it:

Understanding difference between Global Options and Page Options

As an example we are going to focus on "Header Type" and "Header Skin" options.

    a) Global Options are represented in Dashboard > Theme Options.

For this example we are going to focus on Theme Options > Header. You can set Header Type and Header Skin here, and this will be applied to all the pages on your website, except from the pages that have Page Options set also.

     b) Page Options are represented in Dashboard > Pages > find and Edit single Page > scroll towards the bottom.

    MOST IMPORTANT:

If the Page Options are set, these options will override the Global Options. So if you want all pages to use same options, you want to set these Page Options to "Default" value, only then it will use whatever you have set in Global Options.

    I hope this was helpful.

Let me know how it went and if you need anything else.

    Best regards,

    Sasha S
