    Hi,

I am a complete novice at setting up a website...I know nothing about coding or anything of the sort, so please bare with me. I am having a few different problems.

    1. I am having difficulty getting the sidebar set up properly on my about me page. All it's showing is my footer information (Contact me on Instagram). I would like the "About Me" sidebar to reflect the same items on the homepage.

    2. I have been unsuccessful at adding my photo to the about me page. At one point I was able to add it as a feature photo, but that is not what I want. I would like for it to be a photo in the sidebar, preferably like the round one on your demo.

    3. How do I change the photos in the gallery of the sidebar?

    4. On my posts at the bottom, There is a circular thing where it looks like I can add my photo (it has my name beside it). How do I add a photo there?

    5. I have added content under my page called Wanderlist, however it is not visible. At one point it was, but now it's not. The same thing with the contact page.

Thank you for your time and assistance in this matter.

    Hi,

    1. In your WP admin, go to Pages -> About page, scroll down to Elated Sidebar and choose the sidebar layout for that page

http://screencast.com/t/SN5AYRotY. Under it you can choose do you want some custom sidebar to be shown on that page, or if you leave it empty the default sidebar that is displayed is Sidebar from Appearance -> Widgets http://screencast.com/t/lOmorJ5qBJi

You can create one additional custom sidebar in Appearance -> Widgets, with all the same content as default Sidebar, and then to call that one to be displayed on your About Page if default one is not rendered.

    2. In Appearance -> Widgets stand your sidebars. In Text widget you should see this about text created. Inside it is the html for image rendering. http://screencast.com/t/88bFVdiXMw8O Just change the url to your image.

    3. Gallery is also created inside Text Widget. http://screencast.com/t/Y2GlDC1K

You need to change the image IDs, to your desired images you want to show. To get the images ID, go to Media, click on desired photo, and in the address bar at the top you can see the image IDhttp://screencast.com/t/DaJjXezZ

    4. That image is gravatar photo actually! you need to set your Gravatar account image, and your gravatar account needs to be connected with account used for blog post publishing/writing

    Read this link https://codex.wordpress.org/How_to_Use_Gravatars_in_WordPress

If you don\'t have it yet, You just need to register here https://en.gravatar.com/ with your email you used for your site\'s admin profile, and then to set the photo that will be automatically rendered in your WP admin, after you go to Settings -> Discussion and set settings like written in the first articlehttp://screencast.com/t/tRkC6Ar9rjjo

    5. This page opens error (404) page http://screencast.com/t/6VFswAld2

Check your permalinks, somethings is wrong and this page isn\'t found at all. You can send us your WP admin if you don\'t find any error in permalinks structure.
