I think I made a big mistake by updating to the Wordpress 4.5 update, especially without backing up, because I wish I could uninstall. My featured images and text on the homepage do not show and the gallery posts sliders don't work, only the images appearing one under the other. I hope a theme update can fix this soon.
Has anyone encountered the same thing and was able to fix it?
I feel your pain. I did the same with the Kreate theme and lost my top sub-menu functions. I've tried several things but nothing has worked yet... Fingers crossed for a solution by the morning :)
There is error with latest jQuery included in WP 4.5. We fixed the problem and we are posting update soon. We hope it will be approved soon.
There is temporary FIX FOR WP 4.5 – The new jQuery Version ( wp-includes/js/jquery ) in WP 4.5 causes the issue. Till to the update from Code you can copy the old jquery folder into wp-includes/js folder. Than everything works fine. Regards
So, download older WP version, find that folder and replace new folder with old one. Thanks.

I´m afraid it did not work for me... tried replacing with 4.4 & 4.3... no change.
