I am having issues importing the slider within my theme:

I get this message when I try to import the landing.zip within the Revolution Slider tab:

    "importing slider settings and data...
no custom animations found, if slider uses custom animations, the provided export may be broken...
no dynamic styles found, if slider uses dynamic styles, the provided export may be broken..."

and when i try to import the export.txt file within the Revolution Slider tab (import slider) I get the following message:

    "importing slider settings and data...
    Error: Incompatible Archive.
    Go Back"

I do not have an import.txt file inside my revslider/landing page folder

    Hi,

Please note, the thing is that we have bought extended license for Slider Revolution which granted us right to distribute this plugin as a bundle within our theme. But, due to Envato rules, we can't share this license key with our customers.

So, we're in obligation to our customers to always provide latest plugin version within current theme version and also to provide necessary support. Therefore, just use your plugin freely and disregard activation message.

Important note is that Slider Revolution is not imported with demo import and you need to import it manually.

You should go to Slider Revolution -> Import Slider and you need to navigate to xml export/revslider folder within your theme folder and upload the slider you want. Here is the screenshot for help: http://screencast.com/t/ijERvpijtYq. Once it is uploaded you need to click Embed Slider and copy the Slider Shortcode to provided field in page, or to add it to specific location in page content. You should paste this code to Slider Shortcode field on the Page you want to contain that slider, clicking Edit Page and scrolling down to find this field.

In your case, you need to check if the shortcode that exists in that field on your Home page is the same with shorctode of slider you imported.
