    Hi, 

    Everything worked just fine until I changed my Instagram password. The Instagram content bottom widget not showing up even i reconnected several times. I have updated and password and reconnected via Elated Options/Social Networks but the Instagram still not showing up.

    I would appreciate if you can look into this.

    Hi Denina,

    Have you installed latest theme version? We added disconnect option in latest theme version, so you can disconnect from account and than connect again. All should work just fine in that case...

    Just do not connect to profile and than after that click on disconnect. You have to navigate to some different page after connecting and than you can click on disconnect and it will work fine.

    Yes, I have the latest theme update but still can't get it to work. When I click on disconnect I get "Working" see the attached file. I am sorry but I don't understand what do you mean by saying "

    I tried to disconnect and then re-connect and nothing happens. Even i disconnect it doesn't look it disconnects at all.

    Could you please look further into this.

    Hi,

    Can you please try yo delete Instagram data from database and than try to connect again. Maybe there is some problem with database, but this should help.

    First, in your WP admin, Appearance -> Widgets, remove Elated Instagram Widget from all widget areas where you have it. Save, and log out from your WP admin.

    Then login to your database via hosting interface, locate database you're using (name can be found in your wp installation file under wp-confing.php file). Then, locate wp_options table and make sure to show all records within. Use search within browser and find records containing instagram keyword. You should find three records, delete them and save. Then login to your WP admin again, and go to Appearance -> Widgets. And check your Elated Instagram widget then, it should be reverted to default state.

    Let us know how it went.

    I mean that if you connect to Instagram using Connect option, than Disconnect option doesn't work if you immediately after connecting click on Disconnect. You have to navigate to some different page, and than to navigate back to Social networks option if you want to disconnect.

    Thanks for the instructions. I have attached a screenshot of my database. I have more than 3 records for Instagram. Which ones should I delete?

    Just an update: I was able to disconnect successfully and delete those files you suggested but now it won't connect with instragam in "Social Networks" Nothing happens when I hit the "Connect with Instagram" button.

    You should delete all four records you found. Also, if you still have problem after doing this, could you please send us your wp-admin credentials in private reply in order we can inspect this problem closely?

    We had lack of staff, but we are coming easily on track, because a lot of tickets arrived in past period because new WP update.

    We have tested this and we got redirected to login page, but we didn't won't to sign in with some account. You can provide us cPanel password also so that we can test this with some account if you still have issues.

    We mean that we get redirected to instagram login page, but we didn't want to login to different profile. We now tried this option and it seems that there is some issue on your website. Can you please send us access to your cPanel to delete Instagram data from database and than you'll be able to login with your Instagram profile...
