Unfortunately there is no option to add sidebar to single listing item. Practically it doesn't have sidebar, this is just a layout of that post type... If you want to add something like that you'll have to adjust template files....

You have to check each page template you want to adjust and to check all functions that that template is using, so maybe you'll have to override them in child theme....
Achieving something like that demands more custom coding, but unfortunately we're not in position to accept that amount of custom work because we have to concentrate on general theme support to all customers. We hope you'll understand.
