I'd suggest to be able to set the Latitude/Longitude of a place overriding the address when adding a new listing. Some places are not linked to a particular address and I'm not sure if it's possible to override it without accessing directly to the database and editing these data directly.
There was discussion about this when theme was created, and we decided to keep it like this...
