I've disabled the plugin and removed. After that I've followed the notice message saying to install this plugin and, after that, I've enabled. Trying to Reconnect shows the same error message.
If you have opened Instagram in your browser please log out first, than go to Elated Option> Social Networks> and disconnect from Instagram there. After that, you should first click on any other option in Elated Options ( for instance http://screencast.com/t/XBj4lGB5L ), then go back and connect again. That is all.
If it does not work for you, than follow this explanation.
First remove Instagram widgets and icons from every widget area on you website.
Next, inside your website database, find a table called wp_options like in the screenshot, click on it and than check in the show all checkbox http://screencast.com/t/V9rp6FcsD ,inside Filter rowssearch for Instagram, and than clear every field with option_value name http://screencast.com/t/sIOp6Hspe8.
Note again: Make sure your tag field in Instagram widget is empty!
When you finish that, connect with Instagram again.
This should fix your problem.

I am not even sure if you are reading the tickets, the issue is an error in code showing on listings instagram, not a widget. I have added another picture for you.
I am becoming increasingly frustrated that with most tickets, I have to go back with another answer or misunderstanding, then wait the normal 3 - 5 days for an update.
We are in process to resolve this issue. Thanks for patience. This is new theme, and we are working hard every day to fix bugs and to make our customers happy.

Ok, re-connect now works, but I still cant get in listing Instagram to work. I have disabled all plugins, removed tag and put back.

Could you try to disable tag and see if problem persist ? Because of changed API this functions doesn't work, so please remove tag.
