that template I tried to install it, but it does not work. I have a
message error of php code. I paid from themeforest to install the
template it does not work either.

When there is mutual agreement to cancel a job, the buyer receives a
full refund, no further work is completed, and no payment is made to the
service provider.

I deleted the folder on my hosting, because when I paid for installation they told me they cannot installed it. I am still willing to pay for installation, as long as it work.
The code error that I had was PHP error code.
My server is up to date. I can update or downgrade at any version.
I don't know if I can do this but... I've installed my theme yesterday and I could try to help you. I requested my provider account on studio but no response yet...

Do you have dropbox or google drive, that I can send to you the template in order to install. because the file is really heavy I will not be able to send it with hotmail
Sorry for late response :( . We are handling a lot of tickets lately. Also, try to wait for our response in future, because each new reply will reset ticket time, and ticket will be pushed at the end of ticket list, and we are answering all our ticket from latest to newest.
Please also send us wordpress login link so we can login, also we don't need hosting Cpanel access, just send us FTP access to www.acdmv.net so we can transfer files, thanks.
Also, create PRIVATE REPLIES with credentials, because this is public ticket, or we can switch it to private if you want?
