Go into the widgets and remove the login widget from "Right from main menu".
I have medium knowledge of this theme but I believe this is the widget that controls the login on the right side of the menu if this is what your looking for. Hope this helps with your issue.

the plan is to make listing without login. not even manual login, people who submit listing is selected user only from backend...
