If you have rated posts, then you will have 'order by rate ' as a option. But in case that you have only no rated post, you won't have 'order by rate ' like option, it will be hidden.
I have question for you for this issue. Do you need this solution immediately or you want to wait for next update? If you need this solution immediately I could explain you how you can achieve that and send you additional code. Note that you need to change a few files, so if you are not sure that you can achieve that, my advice is to wait for next update. It's up to you.

The new listing order by rating doesn't work if you have no ratings, it just says no results.
