As for your second question, you can have many types of users by theme default, but I'm afraid that customizing them to your need would require some custom coding.
Unfortunately we are not in a position to accept any custom work at the moment, because we primarily need to focus on providing Theme Support to all customers. We hope you understand.

Hi, just installed your theme, great one.
I have few questions.
1) How can i activate(?) multilingual function?
