    Hi, I installed the Flow theme and imported the demo content. 

    While I am testing it to change font colours etc, I find the theme EXTREMELY SLOW (it took almost 5 minutes for my website to load on my mobile phone) and also when I am working on my desktop, i can only open up or click through to various posts 30% of the time. Very, very frustrating!!


    What is going on with your theme? I use many themes and have never had such issues.

    I want to report it here before I rate your theme on Themeforest,

    Also, your support is extremely slow.

    Hi Helga,

    I tested your site speed via GT Metrix and here are results http://screencast.com/t/uRDemOT5uj , and as you can see they are pretty good.

    In order to improve speed performances some more, I marked what should be done from server side.

    What you or your hosting provider should do in .htaccess file is described here:

    Also you can try optimizing your images with some tool:

    You can also check with your hosting provider why it's taking so much to load your page
