Hi, I've posted this in a private ticket but it's been taking so long to get answers I thought it might be quicker to make it public.

I need restaurants to show up under different categories such as Italian, French etc… The Categories you have listed are very broad such as Culture, Cuisine etc… Ideally the user would choose the city from All Locations and then the type of restaurant, say Italian, under All Categories. How does this work?

The way you have it listed I would have to have every cuisine type listed in All Categories rather than having Culture, Cuisine, Nightlife etc… The problem is that there are 23 different types of cuisine and making a unique Listing Type for each will be a huge task with every Checkbox Field and Feature List field having to be entered manually 23 times.

Am I doing this right or is there another way?

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi,

We have answered on your ticket regarding this issue.

If you want to have filtering by this types (Italian, French etc.) you will need to create Listing Types named like this. We know that you need to set this manually, but you need to set your types for search. Other option is to use as category, but you will not be able to use search function on home page, but you can add categories in the main menu as we have done in Explore menu item.
