what exactly happen when annoucement made by user expires? How can he renew it? Do he need to add completely new listing, or he need to just purchase new package (or submit free package if it's possible) by clicking somewhere in dashboard, and it will be available again?
They don't have to add completely new listing, they need to purchase new package and admin has to approve that new package, because by default when package expired it has pending status . That is all.

They don't have to add completely new listing, they need to purchase new package and admin has to approve that new package, because by default when package expired it has pending status . That is all.
