We don't predict any system for notification, so this is not team feature. So admin must follow listings and approve/ reactive packages manually.
Also when package expired user has to go to dashboard/my listings and there are list of listings sorted by packages. Then there can reorder the listings of packages that expired in new
package. After that admin has to approve that new listings.
That is all. We have imagined that it works like I've explained you.

Your listing section is just flawed. How am I supposed to reactive someone who has expired?
It is a free listing with 10000 days but expired 8th July 2016, No emails sent, no notifications, it's assigned to me as an admin.
I cannot get the this thing listed, it's just always "pending review". You need some admin overrides in here!
What can I do?
Please do not come back with "I don't have enough in my package", I have 10 of which 9 are available.
