The original photo you upload for your logo should be twice bigger than the one you want to be displayed on site, because of retina rule.
So, for example, if you want your logo displayed as 200x100 px, you should upload original photo as 400x200px.
And in Elated Options -> Header, you set the header height initially and on scroll if you use sticky header type, note that logo can't be displayed bigger than that height you set therehttp://screencast.com/t/cYoTwd7bKRN so it will be restricted in height by the Header Height you have set.
If it does not help you, let us know when your website came live and we will inspect this closer.

I just import all the ready-to go homepages sites and all sites, the logo is buggy. I also tested in others browsers , and the error continues.
All plugins and core of Wordpress are updated.
I have attached some screenshots of the error.
