Not really sure what are you thinking on regarding the first question, because by default when you click on the post inside the list it leads you to the single post page.
As for you other question, please just give us the direct url to the page on which you would like this to be done, as well as the part of the page you would like this to be applied to (screenshot would be best) and will be more than happy to send you some custom css to achieve that.

I would like to set up a link on the pictures to the blog post on blog list pages -> when you click on a picture -> you're driven to the blog post. Thanks
It works by default. If you use some of blog list templates as a homepage, the blog featured images are shown on that page. So if you click on some image it will bring you to single post page. Let me know if you need something else or give me your WP access if it does not work properly on your website.

When I create a "Gallery" type Post, I can choose between several options : Link to image, link to image page or no link.
Do you know if it's possible :
* On blog lists (archives or home page) -> set up a link to the blog post ?
* On blog post -> disable the click on it ?
