I have problem with video uploaded on elated slider. Video is uploaded and linked in mp4, ogv and webm format but it doesn't work on frontend. Could you help me? What's wrong?

are you able to write me the term of fixes? We need launch the project asap, so please hurry up. Alternatively, we may want to use a different template and return the money for this.
I had to launch the website 1.9. live and due to this issue I have a problem with that. I don't know how to continue now. If you will fix it and I can continue on this tamplate or you will give me some another solution - means you will find another template where is everything ok what we need. So, pleas, let me know the final solution. My client is angry and I need to hurry up.
