When I define a height for a title, neither background-color nor background-image appears. It looks like a bug.
Also I would like to know whether is it possible to activate title foe some pages and for others no, and is it possible to define different background images for titles of different pages.

It happened because in one momet you changed default title background color on this page http://newwp.impetu.org/contact-con-bebes/ and the you saved it. Then you changed it back again to be white and it override the general style. If you change background color for title area on some pages it will always override general background color, even when you turn back it to the default color.

1) Go to Elated Options > Header and set desired background color and transparency to 1 as well. Here is e.g. http://screencast.com/t/rdeZqtzFggT
2) Go to Elated Options > Title and set background image. Also you can not use the slider and the title background image in the same time.

It happened because in one momet you changed default title background color on this page http://newwp.impetu.org/contact-con-bebes/ and the you saved it. Then you changed it back again to be white and it override the general style. If you change background color for title area on some pages it will always override general background color, even when you turn back it to the default color.
It means that you need to set color only for this page http://newwp.impetu.org/contact-con-bebes/ .
If you need to create a new page, you just need to set height for the title and that is all. It will inherit background color from general style.
