    Please try to increase these values or if you are not familiar with this, you can ask your host to achieve that for you.

    max_execution_time = 300 memory_limit = 96M upload_max_filesize = 128M post_max_size = 128M max_input_vars = 5000

    If you still have same issue after this, please send us WP admin access, so that we can inspect your issue closer?
