I'm seriously over it now. I can't get the demo site to load and its been 2 days. I've had friends look at it who know what they are doing and cant fix it. No reply form any of my tickets. seriously stuck. I want to get my money back!

Sorry for the late response! We are working with the lower resources over the weekend!
We have replied you in the previous ticket about import.
Also we will work this week on the updates, so it will be done really soon, probably by the beginning of next week.
