In order to translate this, you can use free version of poedit. You just need to upload pot file from wp-content/plugins/eltd-listing/languages and follow explanation bellow.
When you translate labels from plugins in this case in folder wp-content/plugins/eltd-listing/languages you have to change the file names after you generate .po and .mo files. You need to give new names by following this rule: domain-locale.po and domain-locale.mo . In your case you have to rename files e.g. ,if you translate to German, to eltd_listing-de_DE.mo and eltd_listing-de_DE.po and translate labels from that new po file.
And 'Keywords' label you need to translate direct in code in this file wp-content\plugins\eltd-listing\post-types\listing\shortcodes\templates\listing-search-template.php, and you need to change name of placeholder http://screencast.com/t/H29Z6k3f .
